I'm Paolo, and I don't believe in offices.
My journey began in Italy, where I learned that good work means precision, accountability, and showing up – no excuses. But I soon realized that to design the future, I needed to see the world.
So I took my work with me. Madeira. Australia. Hong Kong. Taiwan. Over the years, collaborating with startups and global teams, I’ve learned a fundamental truth: a designer inspired by life is a designer who delivers extraordinary results.
Today, I’m based in Taipei, where I study Chinese and coordinate this network of talent. My mission? Helping ambitious companies scale through high-level design, while maintaining a deeply human and transparent approach.
